Please be advised that the Proceedings of ISPACS 2007 have been included in IEEE Xplore for quite long time and have been indexed by EI now. You can view it in EI Compendex (Ei Engineering Village).

Instructions to Presentations

Speakers in Oral Sessions will be allotted a time slot of 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for question and answers) in total. The Chairperson of your session will have strict instructions to enforce this time limit, so time your lecture carefully, considering approx. 3 minutes for questions.
Speakers please prepare a CD-ROM or an USB flash disk with your Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
Speakers and Chairpersons will meet in the auditorium 10 minutes prior to their session to be briefed and to get acquainted with the audio visual equipment etc. and resolve any problems.
Please prepare a short typewritten biographical note (max. 50 words) for your Chairpersons, mentioning your title, profession, affiliation, activity profile, achievements in your field of specialization, etc. Hand this note to your Chairpersons during the briefing.

Please join us on November 28th, 2007 for the 2007 International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and ommunication Systems (ISPACS 2007). ISPACS 2007 seeks to provide a forum for researchers, engineers, and students from both academia and industry to discuss their latest research on Signal Processing, Image Processing, Video Technology, Multimedia Technology, Communication Systems, VLSI for Signal Processing and Communications, Circuits and Systems for Signal Processing.
ISPACS 2007 features 38 technical sessions and FOUR distinguished keynote speakers:

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Xiamen Asia Gulf Hotel and the Xiamen National Accounting Institute (conference venue) at special rates available until Oct. 31th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

The Venues of ISPACS 2007

The Venues of ISPACS 2007 is now moved to Xiamen National Accounting Institute, a wonderful place in the middle section of picturesque Island Ring Road (Huan Dao Road) against green mountains facing white beach stretch and vast blue sea.
